I built a PHP email workflow for a pottery business: reminders before booked classes and feedback requests 24 hours afterward.

What I completed

  • Mapped class dates and purchase data within the WordPress, WooCommerce, and Mailchimp setup.
  • Improved search presentation work on the site and paid attention to brute-force pressure on the admin login area.
  • Wrote PHP in a code-snippets plugin to send pre-class reminders and request ratings and feedback 24 hours after class.
  • Documented the workaround and its limitations.
  • Used the existing site and plugins to keep implementation costs down.
